avast! 4 Small Business Server Edition Pricelist
avast! 4 SBS Edition is licensed "per client" not "per server" in the same way as Microsoft licenses the underlying operating system. The minimum number of clients is the same as for Microsoft SBS - 5 clients. Above that, you need only purchase the number of clients you need (i.e. there is no 10, 15, 20 or 25 pack requirement.)
Please check the system version on your Server before you purchase - Right click on "My Computer", select "Properties" and read "System:". It should be:
- "Microsoft Windows Server 2000 for Small Business Server..." or
- "Microsoft Windows Server 2003 for Small Business Server ..."
avast! 4 SBS Edition doesn't contain protection of the client's PCs. To protect users' workstations, you can download, try free of charge for 60 days and then purchase avast! 4 Professional Edition.
If you need complete protection for MS Windows 2000/20003 for Small Business Server and MS Windows 9x, 2000, XP workstations please use avast! Small Business Suite.
